is a board-certified prosthodontist with more than 25 years experience in the area of prosthodontics.

She earned her dental degree in 1997 from The Universidad Central de Venezuela and completed her Prosthodontics training and Masters Degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002 followed by a 1-year Clinical Fellowship.

Dr. Echeto’s advanced prosthodontics specialty training and experience includes the restoration of teeth and the replacement of missing teeth with any type of prosthetics devices.

She specializes in creating optimal oral health, both in function and appearance, with the fabrication of indicated restoration or prosthesis with and without the support of dental implants. Her area of expertise encompasses a comprehensive and holistic dental care. She prioritizes patient comfort, provides personalized treatment plans and utilizes the latest technologies for optimal outcomes.

She joined the University of Florida College of Dentistry (UFCD) in 2003 as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Prosthodontics and completed an 18-year academic career. She served as the Prosthodontics Division Chair and supported the operations of the predoctoral and postdoctoral clinics providing supervision of all prosthodontics procedures and competencies - while providing patient care at the Faculty Practice facility.

Dr. Echeto switched her career into a full-time private practice in 2021 when relocating to the State of Texas.

During her career at UFCD, she received several teaching awards for “Demonstrated Excellence, Innovation and Effectiveness in Teaching”. She was recipient of the 2009 Florida Dental Association Educator Award and two UF Clinical Sciences Teacher of the Year awards (2012-13 & 2019-20). Additionally, peer faculty members honored her as selected member of the OKU Honorary Society in 2013 and the recipient of the 2017-18 Sustained Exemplary Teaching Award – a college-wide award, in recognition for her accomplishments.

Dr. Echeto works with trusted specialists and general dentists to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care by directing the treatment. She is trained to treat any prosthodontic case and to tailor each treatment plan to the exact needs of the patient.

Dr. Echeto is bilingual. She is fluent in English & Spanish. She is a good listener and is known for her warm and friendly personality. She makes sure patients are kept well-informed and comfortable throughout their treatment. She loves Prosthodontics.

Dr. Echeto is a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) and the American Board of Prosthodontics (ABP) as well as member of The American Dental Association (ADA).
